Will you relocate if the company is not paying relocation fee?

It's much easier if you are single and you just pick up and go, but for some people who has a family and if you are unable to negotiate a relocation package or some sort of reimbursement or assistant, then the initial relocation fee can be quite steep.

At some point when you have been out of a job for a while, perhaps, relocating your entire family is the only way to find a new job and start over. As we can all see, some of the states have been in double digit unemployment for quite some time and it's not like it's getting any better anytime soon.
