Which states have low unemployment rate?

Texas has kept it pretty low throughout this crisis. One of the reasons is the presence of oil and gas industry. It has keep the state's job market somewhat intact.

I agree. Texas is one of the bigger states that is holding its own ground. While real estate is still relatively cheap and living standard is decent, companies have been looking to relocate some of the business headquarters down to Houston where they can actually own the land and sublease floors out to other tenants rather than paying lease to someone else.
