The AFS has many options for high school students who are interested in study abroad program. You can host an exchange student and you can also participate and be part of a summer exchange program.

So if you are doing this exchange program around your junior year, what do you do with all the SAT testings?

I think it's always a good idea if you can squeeze in a study abroad in your senior year. To me, that's the most ideal time, you have already taken your SAT exam and the grades are pretty much set and on their way to colleges that you are applying to.
