China is wary about the increasing demand for preparation for SAT and PSAT exams. Since Chinese students have surpasses South Koreans as the most students studying abroad in US, its country felt the need to better prepare their students to get into the US universities, yet at the same time, do not want to overcrowd their own classrooms with teaching to the SAT or PSAT exam.
