There are many ways to get experiences through a job. But you have to keep in mind the following items to see if that's something you want to pursue.
1. Is it paid or unpaid?
2. Is it a part time or full time position? Seasonal hire or long term?
3. Do you learn anything at the job? or this is just a job to get money?
4. Do you get college credits for the job? if you are getting credit, chances are you are not getting paid.
5. Is the company a profit-driver busines or government agency or volunteer program?
