In this tight job market, if you see a company send you an email expressing interest in you. Assuming you are relatively safe in your current job setting. Will you take that chance and jump ship?

You have to evaluate a whole bunch of things. First of all, the company that you are trying to jump ship to, is that industry safe? how well is that company doing compare to its competitors? Of course, you must weigh in on the benefits and pay and so forth.
