When you are taking the exam, you should look over the test first and just focus on the test and the test only. Don't worry about not finishing or how well or how poor your scores might be. That will help reduce some testing anxiety.

You need to take deep breathes before starting the exam. Tackle one question at a time and do not look ahead of the exam. Go through one problem at a time, that will help you reduce anxiety. The more you think about whether if you are going to finish the exam or whether if you are going to score high enough on the exam, it will make you more nervous.
