The Samuel Zell & Robert H. Lurie Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business announced today its Social Venture Fund has closed an investment in Jack & Jake's, a sustainable food provider based in Louisiana.
