Mathematics Tutoring Center
The Mathematics Tutoring Center is open to all Emory & Henry students who wish to develop their mathematical and statistical skills. The Tutoring Center is staffed by mathematics majors who have completed introductory courses and done well in those courses.
The center is open Sunday through Thursday 7:30 to 9:30 pm in McGlothlin-Street Hall, Room 321. Students may drop in without appointment and seek help on homework, test preparation or to address basic mathematical deficiencies.
Tutors will offer help in Mathematics 121, 123, 151, and 152. There is a tutor for Statistics 161 on selected days.
We emphasize that the peer tutors will help with problems, but not do homework.
