| During the regular school year, the Felician College Library offers chat reference services Mondays - Fridays, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm. Please note that chat reference service will not be available when the Library is closed. Hours may also change during the summer and between semesters. |

| Text a Librarian |
| The Felician College Library is participating in a collaborative Text Messaging Reference Service pilot program named "My Info Quest." This program includes more than 45 participating libraries. Patrons from these libraries may send a text message to 309-222-7740 and a librarian somewhere in the nation will respond in minutes, with 1 txt or 2, to your question! If your question is an in-depth one that a librarian cannot answer in 2 texts, you may be referred to your local library instead. Although this service is free, normal text messaging rates apply. |
