At Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, "our students are our most precious commodities". The Divisional Area of Student Affairs aggressively assumes the responsibility of providing services and programs that facilitate and contribute to the total development of students. Our efforts are aimed at preparing them for successful participation in society at all levels upon graduation.
We address individual needs and problems of our more than 5100 student population, including special needs or problems of capable students who have experienced limited access to formal education. The University has a rich history of educating citizens of the United States, as well as students from over 20 foreign countries.
