As a committed and self-motivated teacher with over 6 years of well experience in teaching university students of diverse background and an experienced management consultant of family-owned SMEs of China, i possess the required enthusiasm, vision, drive and adaptability necessary to improve educational services, thereby providing students with the best learning environment to achieve their full potential. I have effective teaching methods that integrate theoretical and practical knowledge in delivering complex tasks to students and promote a stimulating learning environment, and also have excellent verbal communication and written skills both in English and Chinese Language along with exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills. Besides, i am perfectly being able to work on own initiative and as part of a team along with the ability of working successfully on tight schedules and deadlines.

I had awarded my PhD degree in Management in 2009. My previous research focused on the changes of the strategic factors of Transnational Corporations in China, I had completed my doctoral thesis titled “Study on The Strategy Adjustment of the TNCs in China”, and published eight relevant articles. Through my 12 years of academic training, I possess excellent research potential and an ability to actively contribute to the research projects’ goals as well as able to interact with all researchers in a constructive, creative and professional manner.
